Ordered a pizza with no cheese, showed up with cheese, let them know about the mistake and they send a "fixed one" identical to the last (covered in cheese), so I called again and sat on hold indefinitely until I used a different phone number to call and that one was answered in a couple minutes, (my phone I ordered with was still on hold).
Besides the obvious negligence to food allergies and safety, it would seem they tried to just ignore me calling back again on the identical issue.
Seriously folks, the hell is wrong with y'all?! ~May
