Usually like this bank. BUT! Went today Saturday February 5th at 12:45 to go through the drive through. I REALLY needed to get there today in order to pay rent. I checked google and it said their drive thru was open until 1. Lobby was closed (as expected) but so was their drive thru. I tried calling but obviously nobody answered due to nobody even being there. To say the we aren’t happy and now can’t make rent on time.

Passing through Salt Lake City and needing to get something notarized. This bank was next to our hotel so I reached out to see if they could help us. From the phone call forward EVERYONE we came in contact with was exceptional!! If we were local definitely would look at them due to customer service experience. Thank you for helping us out!

Dan: The branch manager… is more or less a Joke.Seriously. He is a piece of shit wrapped in people clothes. He lost 2 loans (1 of chich was already approved) because he can’t work like a real adult. He promised to call his underwriter on a car loan. He didn’t. Then!!!! when he is asked to follow through he starts yelling and being a literal waste of time. Obviously he is a bigot not concerned with his clients. Let’s hope he grows up.

I've gotten to know Chelsea, the branch manager, over the past 7 months and I would highly recommend her and her bank. She's a great person and does everything to help her customers.

Sat in the drive through for almost 30 minutes after talking to a employee and all I need was $15 cash.

I would avoid Keybank. Lost a long term relationship due to service fees. Doesn't matter the services you have/had, length, good standing, doesn't matter. Just like any other greedy bank, Wells Fargo comes to mind, all they care about are the fees they can collect, and the accounts they can create.

I don't bank here either, but wanted some change. At first they were very helpful and friendly, but after taking my money and almost handing me the change they asked if I banked with them. After telling them no they promptly pulled back the change and gave my money back saying they can't do that if I don't bank there. Really!?!?! That is how you operate? Then they had the nerve to ask if I wanted to open an account just so they could give me some change. Ummm, no thank you. Seems they are more interested in making money than being an asset to the community or contributing to society. I then went across the street to a different bank (that I am also not a member of) and they promptly made change without asking if I banked with them. What a joke. What kind of a BANK is not willing to make change? I guess I am not privileged enough for them, and I will not be banking with them (or even stopping by) again in the future.
