Best variety store in Provo, Utah (UT) 2024

My 12 year old girl bought a stress ball with her money she squeeze it a few times and burst. We were still at the mall so went back to exchange it or return since not even one hour passed. The girl there was about to close the door so we asked her if she could please return it or exchange, she was just so rude, everything was no, she said she was the manager and her name was Melanie. She had no customer service etiquete she was just so rude. We had the box, the receipt, it would take just one minute but, she told us to go back tomorrow because she already closed, which she lied because we saw her doing her closing of the cash register 5 minutes later, she just didn’t want to help at all. The place had cool things but really if it’s true she was the manager she had horrible customer service and my daughter through away her money. Sadness ~Cristina
