My 12 year old girl bought a stress ball with her money she squeeze it a few times and burst. We were still at the mall so went back to exchange it or return since not even one hour passed. The girl there was about to close the door so we asked her if she could please return it or exchange, she was just so rude, everything was no, she said she was the manager and her name was Melanie. She had no customer service etiquete she was just so rude. We had the box, the receipt, it would take just one minute but, she told us to go back tomorrow because she already closed, which she lied because we saw her doing her closing of the cash register 5 minutes later, she just didn’t want to help at all. The place had cool things but really if it’s true she was the manager she had horrible customer service and my daughter through away her money. Sadness

This is the nearest F.Y.E. I have, and it's awesome, plain and simple. The staff members are polite, helpful, and overall amazing! It's very likely they're not being paid enough for all they do. Today I went in and both Belinda and Jeanette were very pleasant and exceptionally helpful. F.Y.E. truly has some great folks in their employ.Thank you both, you're awesome.

C'mon guys. Your variety of selection is decent. You can't find brick and mortar places like this any more selling CDs and used movies. The problem is if I'm buying used, the price should reflect that. I expect to get a deal. What I saw at this location was a box or two up front of used movies for a good deal. But then the rest of the used movies on the shelves were pretty much the same price as new movies on Amazon. Sometimes they do Black Friday sales where you can kind of get a deal when buying multiple movies. I really wish I could give a higher rating, but the prices are too high for used products. Then again, I admire that they are still here trying to stay in business. I bet the profit margins are challenging for them.

Great place to go if your looking for cheap or used DVDs or CD. If your looking for new I would look elsewhere, because you will be able to find it cheaper. Remember if your shopping here you will be paying higher mall prices. If you don't mind paying a little more than this is a great place to go. They are very good about being able to order items that are sometimes harder to find though other stores.

This is a good little store. Lots of things are a little pricey and sometimes the quality of the product isn't the best even with a high price. But, I love shopping at FYE, it brings me back to when I was a kid and I love the feeling it brings. The older lady worker was so nice to me and made sure I knew all the sales going on. Kinda wish we could cancel our subscription to the backstage pass online...

This is a cool, fun entertainment store. They have neat products such as movies, clothes, posters, trinkets, record players, and a pretty decent selection of music from what little I've browsed. I gave it only four stars, not due to a lack of goodness there, but because some of the stuff seems a bit pricy but they have a decent variety of things as far as memorabilia goes. And even though I do like to find shops with old records in good quality, I'm no expert when it comes to comic book-style memorabilia and vinyl records. What I mean is that, in my personal opinion, it has a touristy shop kind of feel to it more than an entertainment store vibe, and I don't necessarily mean that in a negative way. All that being said, this is a fun, neat little store with a good atmosphere and the customer service has always been great. Sadly, I have no pictures because I haven't visited all that often.

Once upon a time this store was amazing. Now it's a relic. Their movie section is a couple short rows. Their music section is half a short row. The store is piled full of random oddities, ranging from toys and T.V. memorabilia to random electronics and other relics like vinyl record players. As we walked through the store my wife commented that it seemed more like a novelty store now. My only response was that the store itself is now a novelty.
