Rather friendly experience. I had a bit of a complex case so it took me longer than usual to open up an account, but a simpler one would have gone much faster. Temporary cards are either a hit or miss. I've had it work on a 7/11, but not at Wendy's. (I wanted Chicken Nuggets!) But I suppose I shouldn't have been spending money anyway, so I guess thank you. ~Fake

I am so impressed with this credit union. Manuel, Stefan and staff there are super nice and so incredibly efficient. I got approved the same day and got check for my auto loan the next day. They gave me cards and set up accounts without any hassle and fuss. I didn't ask for it but they told me they have special relationship with Intermountain and reduced my interest rate by 0.25% which made a huge difference in rate. Manuel communicated through phone and email very quickly. I highly recommend them. Fantastic credit union and they are open until 6pm. Park in Harman lot, there's dedicated spots on the left side as you enter the parking lot. ~kierbaudy

I've been a member for over 40 years, but I would be reluctant to recommend this credit union to others. It seems like every time I go into the Brickyard Branch there are new faces at the teller windows. I get the uneasy feeling that new, on-the-job trainees are handling my money. It would be reassuring to see a trusted, familiar face once in awhile instead of a bunch of inexperienced newbies! It doesn't inspire much confidence having my funds handled by amateurs. ~Rick

I have had a fraudulent transaction (not the banks fault) on my account. If that weren't stressful enough, the staff has not been empathetic to the situation at all. The "relationship manager" seems so annoyed when I come in to get help and updates on my account and money. Everything I've been told in the process of the fraud case is only half right or only partial information. Im not happy and im ready to close my account that I've had for over 5 years. ~Ashley

Want to feel like a criminal for asking for a loan?....then try out Wells Fargo.....perhaps the worst experience ever.... After getting approval..the request for info keeps flowing..... You would think that debt to income ratio would be simple enough....nope.....they now know every single financial detail of my life.....it feels dirty.....I decided to not make the purchase rather than continue and become another Wells Fargo victim..... I'll save for a year and pay cash..... No sweat.....and my new accounts are set up so I can completely cut ties with Wells....why did I wait 25 years? ~Stephen

This branch location on Campus of the UofU is awesome! The state of the art teller machines make transactions quick and easy. I highly recommend checking this credit union out! ~A.J.
