I am so glad that I can finish almost everything either online or using the ATM machine so I do not need to deal with this branch staff. To be fair, some of them are very professional and friendly but very few need to hide inside and do not deal with the customers.

I have had a fraudulent transaction (not the banks fault) on my account. If that weren't stressful enough, the staff has not been empathetic to the situation at all. The "relationship manager" seems so annoyed when I come in to get help and updates on my account and money. Everything I've been told in the process of the fraud case is only half right or only partial information. Im not happy and im ready to close my account that I've had for over 5 years.

In this branch most off the office members have a bad attitude they ignore me alot of time the lady even I just spoke to her she is not understanding what I'm talking to her and she even not ready to help me because she doesn't want to I have so bad experience with this branch I hope her supervisor can teach her how to speak to people

Key Bank, by their own admission, isn't really interested in the business of individual people who aren't extremely wealthy. Their financial products and their policy decisions are all geared that way. I have an account there because my father worked for them for 25 yrs, and it was and is convenient. But I fo the bulk of my banking at a credit union, which is almost always a better option for individuals of normal wealth.

I have never had so many problems with a financial institution this place is by far the worst, I would never come here or recommend that you open it and account if it wasn't from my work having an account here I wouldn't either. I closed my account on a Wednesday they took my card and I got charged on a Friday on the same account that should have been already closed they told me that the money that was taken out I have to replace and they won't explaine to me how can an account that should have been closed is able to get charged after I had already been closed.

Unacceptable service. In anticipation of our new downtown location we were excited to start banking here. That ended pretty quickly today. Good luck Key. I'll find another institution that cares.

This place honestly shouldn't get any stars .. every time I have entered this place it takes an hour just to take money out of my account the tellers are slow. Have no idea what's going on I will never go bad to this branch of key bank..

Thank you to the branch manager whom went out of his way to help me yesterday. The tube was stuck somewhere along the way inside and I had to be somewhere else. He drove my things to me in North Ogden. Great people at this location.

No Customer service at all , everytime I go thru the drive thru no one greets you. If you have a question you have call them to talk to you.

The Bank Manager is Rude, and the person who helped me open my account lied to me. The Manager wasn't interested in letting me explain what happened, she just kept cutting me off and repeating herself. I'd avoid this location if possible
