A bit of background:
Previous work experience in other industries (fast food & office work). Worked here for a number of years since mid 2010s. Currently in my 30s ; have worked in both production and office positions while here ; familiar with a lot of people who work here.
The Deseret Labs Cafe:
Food is decent & tasty. Serves breakfast food, lunch, and snack food. A nice spot if you find yourself looking for lunch in the Fort Pierce Industrial Park area of St. George. Food they serve includes:
Biscuits & Gravy
Homemade cinnamon rolls & cookies
Daily lunch special (changes from day-to-day)
Salad bar
Some Soups
Burgers
Other snack food
Good selection of breakfast & lunch beverages
Soda fountain
A few vending machines
The Deseret Labs Company:
The company's primary focus is on dietary supplements: production, manufacturing, testing, development, quality control. Around 200 people work here to support these operations.
Leadership is great - good people native to St. George :)

Opportunities for upward movement: vacant positions typically get posted on the company job board, and current employees receive first consideration when filling.

Production jobs are ideal for local young people who want to gather work experience & are looking for some stability. Production jobs are also a good fit for many local mothers/wives looking to supplement their husband's income! Production work is easier-paced than, for example, fast food. It is considered unskilled work: no experience is required and additional training is available upon request.
Other departments also post their job openings as well, though these positions tend to open up less frequently, get filled more quickly (sometimes from within the company) and sometimes recruit nationally and/or internationally (it all depends on the position & job requirements).
