Best car rental agency in Alexandria, Virginia (VA) 2024

Really pleased with Enterprise’s service after having to urgently rent a vehicle this weekend. I made the reservation online on a Thursday, worried that no car would be available. Friday afternoon, I received a call from Bobby at the local Enterprise in Alexandria. He let me know that it was possible that a car wouldn’t be available on Sat but that he would let me ASAP know if this was the case. Sat. morning I got a call from the same Bobby letting me know that a car was definitely available at the same time I scheduled for pickup. Unfortunately, I went to the wrong Enterprise location (there’s 2 within 10 miles of each other) but the gentleman at the desk kindly texted the other location to let them know the situation, gave me directions, & got me on my way. Once I was at the right place, I met Bobby in person & he took care of everything inside of 10 minutes. He even upgraded my rental. This was my second good experience with Enterprise & I’m now a customer for life. ~Katherine
