Wow I'm so impressed. It was such a small order, but boy did they do everything to help me. I placed an order for the Bonafide EX123 Flex-wings. After they had been shipped I realized that I had bought the SS type instead of the correct type for my kayak. Chris (at Bob's Up The Creek) tried to intercept the original order to no avail, then recommended the correct part, helped me place a new order and even sent me a prepaid label for the shipping. Fantastic service, you just don't get this at Austin Canoe and Kayak, or anywhere else in my experience. ~Steve

Cheesy western’s Texas toast, yellow relish, bacon, cheese, and burger was oh so good. But enough for two. We enjoyed the service and casual atmosphere inside a long-standing gas station. ~Teresa

I usually call the Amherst Office whenever I need banking help. At times I stop by the branch, they call me by name. I always feel good when I go into the branch to be so welcome. I have never had any question or problem that could not be solved by telephone or in person. Jenny Jones, Branch Manager and staff do an outstanding job for their customers. Today was our first visit to Laurel Stone and we loved it! We brought in our 12 week old puppy for her first wellness visit and received a lot of helpful information. Friendly staff and they helped us by answering all of questions! ~Michele

Since I am unable to leave 0 stars here is the 1 undeserved star. My daughter purchased her and her boyfriends flowers for prom last Monday in around $49.00, their flowers were prom on Saturday the 30th. They paid days before the prom being told they would have what they needed for it. They were called on Saturday to come and get their flowers. They made the trip and when they got there was told they were indeed not ready and to come back in a couple of hours. So three hours later they went back at 3 to get their flowers. They were told again they were not ready still and it would be another 2 hours and that they had other customers to help and disregardedthe face that now two trips have been made one them calling and saying they were ready. They have prom in a couple hours as well as pictures and dinner before hand. After a couple more hours went by, the boyfriends mom went and didn't leave until said flowers were given. When the flowers were received, they were nothing like how they ordered them. His flower was a tiny single flower (he ordered the bigger one) and hers were 3 tiny roses (also not what she ordered) that fell apart within 2 hours due to being rushed and very poor quality. I am beyond mad and disgusted with the lack of service and professionalism from this place. I am still waiting for a phone call back from the manager even after 10 calls being place to them. I WOULD ABSOLUTELY NOT SUGGEST THIS PLACE TO ANYONE unless you enjoy poor quality and service. ~mary
