Wow I'm so impressed. It was such a small order, but boy did they do everything to help me. I placed an order for the Bonafide EX123 Flex-wings. After they had been shipped I realized that I had bought the SS type instead of the correct type for my kayak. Chris (at Bob's Up The Creek) tried to intercept the original order to no avail, then recommended the correct part, helped me place a new order and even sent me a prepaid label for the shipping.
