Best moving and storage service in Bristol, Virginia (VA) 2024

Rented a unit from them for years. My belongings are gotten wet multiple times as the roof leaked. I had to take wood in and make palettes to keep things off the floor. My biggest issue is with them knowing that I was moving out, however, deciding to throw away some of my possessions 4 days before the end of the month. I called and asked about them, they said that they would look and get back to me but never contacted me again. Use Universal Storage, it costs very little more and is far superior. ~This

Absolutely phenomenal movers. Moved from one apartment to another. They had the truck loaded in under an hour and unloaded in 20 minutes. Movers were attentive to protect both the apartments and my stuff. Honest, hard-working, and nice people. Would 100% work with them again. ~J
