5 Best discount store in Chesapeake, Virginia (VA) 2024

I was shopping for something else when I happened to see a blouse I thought was so pretty, I wanted to put on layaway but it was 14.99 & so I understand you have to put $20 worth of items, however I was in some bit of a hurry and grabbed a pair of $5.99 lounge pants, the lady said my total came to 21 or 22 dollars & my down payment would be 2.15 but the system wasn't allowing her to process the layaway. That top was so gorgeous. I really wanted to hold it til the next day when I had time to shop....Normally I have a good experience here but idk that was a little frustrating. I just hope they still have my size because it was only about 6 ~Krystal

I love this Walmart. It’s always clean and staff is friendly. The store is well stocked with most of the normal groceries that you will find in the Super Walmarts. Overall I like coming here when I need to just grocery shop. ~David

Slowest store I've ever been to. Only 2 (if lucky) registers open and cashiers are slow. Been standing inline for about 15 minutes with 2 people infront of me while a manager is arguing with a customer about returning an item. Whats the point in having 7 registers if only 2 of them are ever open. Worst store ever. ~Kali

I entered the store at 5:30 pm on Thursday March 12, I don’t know how any customers could locate anything in that store it is the dirtiest unorganized store I have ever been in. I also took some pictures because I was shocked that the store actually looked like that. There were actually racks and racks of boxes of stock that were blocking total isles that you could not even go down, I have just never seen nothing like it, maybe poor management or very lazy employees.
