How about me now having to take a hertz vehicle to firestone to get work done. I had to sit there from 7am to 401pm before I was informed that the reason for the delay is because the part is too high. They told me the part will be here Tuesday. Tuesday the part no where in sight. Tuesday evening the part is delayed. Nevermind I missed my nephew funeral. Now they tell me the part is in California and it's going to take two more days to get the part. THIS IS A RENTAL CAR. Why do we have to take the cars to be serviced. I now have to be without a vehicle for a week and what does hertz have to say, it's going to take 2 weeks to replace the car but we still have to charge you a full week rental fee. what does lyft have to say, talk to hertz. what does Tracy say get a lawyer.
