When I pre paid for rental for $133.19 I showed up on the day doe pick up and they advise me they had no rentals available. when I ask why didn’t you call me to advise earlier in the day the lady on the phone advise it’s not her responsibility. When I arrived at the location I was met outside the location and spoke to another lady who said she would cancel the reservation and the money would gonna to my credit card. I didn’t go back to my card as she advised and they never cancelled my reservation after calling the billing department. The lady I spoke to was gossiping to another rep about me handling my stress and that I was an informant to the police. I am not an informant I have diplomatic immunity. There is a difference. I am a Gold member and this is how Hertz treats their customers.

Would absolutely advise against this utilizing this location if possible. Employees have completely nasty attitudes and lack customer service.

I made a reservation for a rental to go out of state. The rental pickup time was confirmed to be at 9:30 am. I get a call from Hertz at 8 am saying that I they didn't have a rental.I was ask could I move the time up, I said no I had to be in NC at a specific time. How was a rental confirmed for pickup and then not be there? I told them to forget it about it. A day or two later, I was charged for not canceling the reservation that I never received a rental for. I made an appointment based on a rental confirmation and booked the time appointment time accordingly. As far as I'm confirmed my original reservation was voided through this company's lack of customer support and service. I will never visit another HERTZ even if I have to walk!

How is it a major company such as Hertz, you complete an online reservation, and show up at the time of your reservation, and no agent is available? They were out picking up Cars??? I find that both terrible and interesting.. How can a rep go pick up cars with an “s”??? And no one available to even service customers in what is considered Ft. Lee area with heavy government and DoD presence.

How about me now having to take a hertz vehicle to firestone to get work done. I had to sit there from 7am to 401pm before I was informed that the reason for the delay is because the part is too high. They told me the part will be here Tuesday. Tuesday the part no where in sight. Tuesday evening the part is delayed. Nevermind I missed my nephew funeral. Now they tell me the part is in California and it's going to take two more days to get the part. THIS IS A RENTAL CAR. Why do we have to take the cars to be serviced. I now have to be without a vehicle for a week and what does hertz have to say, it's going to take 2 weeks to replace the car but we still have to charge you a full week rental fee. what does lyft have to say, talk to hertz. what does Tracy say get a lawyer. To all my lyft and uber drivers run from the rentals and if you have too choose the second option.

This office was excellent. The representative went above and beyond to make sure we could rent the car, including having another staff member drive us to our nearby credit union to transfer funds so the transaction would go through. He really cared that we would have a car to drive while ours was in the repair shop.

Got a car today .. it was dirty and the tank was on E . So after I had to purchase renting the vehicle I had to go take it for a car wash and on top of that fill up the tank $2.39 for an empty tank isn’t cheap. Be realistic. Go to enterprise. You may save so money over at Hertz but it’ll be taken back out your pockets with all the extra bs you have to do yourself.

Terrible customer service. No car ready when we went to pick up our vehicle. We had to drive 40 minutes to get a car. We ran into a problem with our car mid trip. The Hertz location we stopped at had no cars available. We had called 4 other locations on our own and no one had cars. Thank goodness to Enterprise for being able to accommodate us at the last minute. Enterprise will have all our future rental needs.
