They are nice and attentive. Answered all my questions and got me out the door in no time. They handle being busy well. EDIT: They gave me a router tied to someone else and will not be able to be activated. Contacted 2 people and used the app. Will edit again to see how the 40 mile one way trip back to that store being the closest one to me, handles my issue. Huge inconvenience. EDIT: they resolved the issue. was fast and the lady was nice. Accidents happen im glad they were prompt to fix it. ~John
