This company is a joke, unfortunately they are the only real internet company in the area. The prices change without notice. Had my services transferred to a new house they changed my plan during this transfer to an $80 for internet ONLY. Everytime I call to get them to take the charges from their mistake off they just keep transferring me to another CSR. I tried to make payments they want it all upfront so you can't get caught up. At this point I'm just going to report them to BBB and theh can figure it out from there. I shouldn't have to pay for your mistakes nor should it cost $80 a month for your lowest internet package I do t have any other services with you and at this point I rather not even have internet. Yall are a HORRIBLE company!!!

Great service, in and out quickly, they did not offer the same deal shown online in the store, so I still had to setup service online

They are nice and attentive. Answered all my questions and got me out the door in no time. They handle being busy well. EDIT: They gave me a router tied to someone else and will not be able to be activated. Contacted 2 people and used the app. Will edit again to see how the 40 mile one way trip back to that store being the closest one to me, handles my issue. Huge inconvenience. EDIT: they resolved the issue. was fast and the lady was nice. Accidents happen im glad they were prompt to fix it.

Listen folks, this is a busy store! If you’re in a bad mood or in a hurry you might want to wait until you can handle the wait time! The staff is always helpful & courteous. Don’t take your frustrations out on them & everyone else who’s waiting. Pack your patience or stay home! We, the customers don’t want to hear it!
