Best car rental agency in Dulles, Virginia (VA) 2024

I will never rent from another company. Marin Morton the area manager went above and beyond. I landed at IAD from DFW and was having a horrible experience with other companies that manipulate civilians to use their resources by shuttling from the airport. Nearby is Go Rentals, I wish I would’ve known about them prior to be given the “run around” for hours. I called Go Rentals and Marin picked me up from my location and drove me back to their office. I had difficulties with payment and she took hours out of her day to attend to my needs. After contacting the proper resources back in Dallas and multiple emails and phone calls Marin did; my day did a complete 180. Look no further then “Go Rentals.” Ask for Marin Morton and she will make sure your experience is nothing short of easy and wonderful. ~Elisabeth
