Excellent Service My Car broke down at the Shell Station. I don’t know much about cars but Adam had one of Technicians come over to Run a System Check on my car. The Alternator and Battery were dead. They were able to get the work done. Adam took an extra step to make sure the job was done smoothly by bringing a Technician over the weekend. I Recommend Adan and his Team at this Location. If you are looking for a good and professional customer care, do not go there! The manager took 1 hour of my time and she gave me bunch of false info! She doesn’t know anything! I wonder how she became a manager! She is very rude by the way when it comes to apologizing! Then I decided to go to the other branch and close my account! ~sara

The new bank teller- Korean guy messed up with my bank account. Instead of deposit into my account, that guy direct deposited into another account. When I set up to pay for my bill, I didn't have any money in the bank. Worst place forever. It deals with the money, how come people can make a mistake like that. The stupid of me was I believed on that guy and didn't check carefully. ~Katie

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮 𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲! Like the vast majority of reviews on here: the cashier is so unprofessional, rude, and exhibit a poor level of customer service. I just stopped by to get some gas. I went to the cashier window because there is a sign at the door that reads, "pay at the window" (𝘱𝘩𝘰𝘵𝘰 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘷𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘥). When I got to the window, I asked the cashier if it was still only with cash? (reaching out to my wallet). 𝑺𝒉𝒆 𝒅𝒐𝒆𝒔 𝒂 𝒇𝒂𝒄𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒕𝒂𝒍𝒌𝒔 𝒕𝒐 𝒂𝒏𝒐𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓 𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒐𝒏 𝒊𝒏 𝒇𝒓𝒐𝒏𝒕 𝒐𝒇 𝒉𝒆𝒓 (I assume another coworker). I felt ignored right there. But I addressed her again and I kindly asked her, "is it only cash?" 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘀𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗶𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗲 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗿𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗻 𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗮𝘆, "𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙨𝙚𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙞𝙜𝙣𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚?!" (Pointing out with her fingers). Then, she continued drinking her drinking. I just could not react any other way... I was amazed and surpised on how rude and unprofessional she was and how poorly I was treated. This is a horrible shell gas station—most likely the worst gas station I have ever been to. And all because of its staff! S̲h̲e̲l̲l̲ ̲C̲u̲s̲t̲o̲m̲e̲r̲ ̲C̲a̲r̲e̲: before you reply to my post, and say something similar to, "you take my concerns seriously and then assure me that you will share this feedback to the station operator for appropriate action", know that they have 𝗡𝗢𝗧 done anything at all. Read all the other complaints here. So negative and about the same issues: the cashiers and their rude behavior. The owner does 𝗻𝗼𝘁 care about this bussiness and 𝙣𝙤 𝙤𝙣𝙚 is doing anything to resolve these recurring issues. ~R
