I just stopped by to get some gas. I went to the cashier window because there is a sign at the door that reads, "pay at the window" (๐ฑ๐ฉ๐ฐ๐ต๐ฐ ๐ฑ๐ณ๐ฐ๐ท๐ช๐ฅ๐ฆ๐ฅ). When I got to the window, I asked the cashier if it was still only with cash? (reaching out to my wallet). ๐บ๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐ (I assume another coworker). I felt ignored right there. But I addressed her again and I kindly asked her, "is it only cash?" ๐ง๐ต๐ฒ๐ป ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐๐ฎ๐ถ๐ฑ ๐๐ผ ๐บ๐ฒ ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ ๐ฟ๐๐ฑ๐ฒ๐น๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ถ๐ป ๐ฎ๐ป ๐๐ป๐ฐ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐๐ฎ๐, "๐ฎ๐ค๐ช ๐จ๐๐ ๐ฉ๐๐ ๐จ๐๐๐ฃ๐จ ๐ฉ๐๐๐ง๐?!" (Pointing out with her fingers). Then, she continued drinking her drinking. I just could not react any other way... I was amazed and surpised on how rude and unprofessional she was and how poorly I was treated. This is a horrible shell gas stationโmost likely the worst gas station I have ever been to. And all because of its staff! Sฬฒhฬฒeฬฒlฬฒlฬฒ ฬฒCฬฒuฬฒsฬฒtฬฒoฬฒmฬฒeฬฒrฬฒ ฬฒCฬฒaฬฒrฬฒeฬฒ: before you reply to my post, and say something similar to, "you take my concerns seriously and then assure me that you will share this feedback to the station operator for appropriate action", know that they have ๐ก๐ข๐ง done anything at all. Read all the other complaints here. So negative and about the same issues: the cashiers and their rude behavior. The owner does ๐ป๐ผ๐ care about this bussiness and ๐ฃ๐ค ๐ค๐ฃ๐ is doing anything to resolve these recurring issues.

Been here a couple of times for inspections on my car and motorcycle. I might have to wait a bit for the inspection, but it usually isn't too long. Biggest gripe is I can't leave the car and come back because you have to wait in a queue.

I just filled up my entire tank using credit card and then the attendant runs out and puts CASH ONLY on all of the machines, when they clearly take credit. And when asked why he proceeds to yell at me โDonโt take that off!โ. Even the guy being me said โwhy is he so madโ. The Shell selling the corner is 5ยข more

This gas station is very unprofessional and cashiers are very rude! I had a very bad experience with the cashierโs before and told myself never to stop at that place ever again but today since Iโm closed to it and itโs on my way I decided to stop by, as soon as I turned to the gas station I saw the cashiers gave one of the customer a very rude attitude then when the customer started to said something back three of the employees tried to fight with the customer. There was a lady with a big stick, another Asian guy with a stick and the other cashier. So I wait to see little bit and drove off without gas! Very very unprofessional! I never going to that place again ever. Plus I see every pump said cash only. I see a lot of bad reviews here but seems like the owner didnโt care about the business. Otherwise why would they still let those rude and unprofessional employees still working there!

the worst gas station i ever seen. Unprofessional staff, barely speaks English. Every time when i come here they always have some issue. One day they not accept credit cards, another day half pumps not working. Today pump stopped work in the middle of gas fill. When I asked for receipt they told me to wait while system will reboot and they donโt know how long it will take. This is ridiculous!!!
