Just got home with my order. It would have been great if I actually had more than one slice that didn't have a burnt bubble on it. There are also 3 pieces that don't even have any pizza toppings on them. Glad I ordered the parm bites. I had the cheeseburger pizza. We got chicken, and two other pizzas. They all seem to be fine. I've ordered from this Domino's before and been extremely pleased, however tonight's pizza is a little disappointing. ~Kristen

Friendly staff. It seems so simple but it is rather rare. This location does not portray the feeling that they hate their jobs. I typically patronize the other dollar store. But it seems Virginia has more Family Dollar stores. This Galax location was nice. ~Gary

Bought a cell phone & service on top of the tracfone I have had for many years on the basis that the new phone would work at the cabin I was renting near crooked creek. It did not work there. I stopped by the office, 11 miles from the cabin, several times and was told it was because the Phone need to be up dated, It still didn't work at the cabin, or anywhere that my tracfone would not work. Then the reason was because the apps needed to be updated, it still didn't work. On the third or 4th visit I asked that my service be cancelled and the phone unlocked which they claimed they did and showed me their tablet but could not give me anything in writing. The Phone then worked (poorly) on wifi at the cabin but was soon locked again. I have gotten bills for the non-service and my account was turned over to a collection agency. I am left with an inoperable cell phone (locked) that I paid for and dealing with t-mobile and a collection agency. Do not believe anything they tell you as they are committing fraud. ~John

The majority of the employees in this pharmacy are about as sorry as they come. I called in my prescriptions on a Friday morning and went to pick them up on Tuesday afternoon. So they had more than enough time to get them filled, 4 days worth of time. Then when I get up to the window to see about picking my prescriptions up, The young lady asked me what all that I was picking up. I told her I was there to pick up everything that I called in on Friday morning. Then after waiting for a very lengthy time, I asked her if there was a problem. She said that I didn't have any prescriptions ready for me to pick up and that it would be about a 45 minute wait before my prescriptions would be ready. I told her that they need to shut the place down if they can't take care of their customers needs. This place is sorry and has been for a long time. I hope that they lose all of their customers! The majority of them need to be fired and showed the way out the door! Negative 10 rating! ~jim
