Bought a cell phone & service on top of the tracfone I have had for many years on the basis that the new phone would work at the cabin I was renting near crooked creek. It did not work there. I stopped by the office, 11 miles from the cabin, several times and was told it was because the Phone need to be up dated, It still didn't work at the cabin, or anywhere that my tracfone would not work. Then the reason was because the apps needed to be updated, it still didn't work. On the third or 4th visit I asked that my service be cancelled and the phone unlocked which they claimed they did and showed me their tablet but could not give me anything in writing. The Phone then worked (poorly) on wifi at the cabin but was soon locked again. I have gotten bills for the non-service and my account was turned over to a collection agency. I am left with an inoperable cell phone (locked) that I paid for and dealing with t-mobile and a collection agency. Do not believe anything they tell you as they are committing fraud.

Didn't go here today. Actually was at Dollar Tree but my service hasn't been. Probably the worst service I've experienced. Customer service inside the store was horrible.

Sprint T-Mobile told Renea Branch, by 3 different chat agents 3 separate days that if she paid her phone off that she could get a Samsung s22 without a down payment, she just had to turn this phone in so she only owed $126 and she paid it and then after it was paid, they said that she had to have a down payment which is like almost $300!

We were instantly greeted by the assistant manager (Jessica I believe) and told we would be helped shortly. She was very polite and descriptive about the nature of our visit. Say what you will about the service or corporate policies, but she was a great representative and mediator.

They told me my bill was going to be lower if I bought certain products. I’ve had Sprint for 10 years, since I was 18 years old, and this is the unhappiest I’ve been with my cell phone service. My bill went from $120 to $160. The manager specifically told me it was going to lower to $112. Thieves. Dishonest. Never again.

Don't buy nothing from this store have been trying return a phone case for 4 days they don't have cash on hand me my money back every day I try get more Mad It's hard to return anything to the store This is just a warning to anybody else Don't buy anything at all Bad business what stored on keep cash on hand This is the Galax Virginia location

Won’t answer the phone and will leave it off the hook to create a busy signal when you try to call back it’s really unprofessional and not the kind of customer service I would recommend. Id recommend going to the wytheville store.

They're pretty good at getting your issues resolved, the staff is quite friendly and helpful. Only downfall is that they are almost always out of phone so you're required to wait on them to come in.

I had to wait for hours to get help. They was so rude and cruel to me and then I went to boost Mobile next door and I got help as soon as I walked in the door and got what I wanted for a cheap price
