We recently moved to Reedville, and have had 3 mailorders scheduled for delivery from UPS. We are on a road where the GPS is inaccurate, and placed a PARAGRAPH of detailed instructions for the delivery driver. The first order was to be delivered March 15, we received an e-mail stating package was unable to be delivered, please contact UPS to verify address. After multiple attempts at getting through to a representative, detailed instructions were given again, and we were told UPS would call us back. Never received a phone call, and our package was delivered to our neighbors house the next day with a new address label placed over the old one, with our name and the neighbors address. No phone call. Received e- mails that our other 2 packages would be arriving 3-17. Received e- mails stating to contact UPS, there was a problem with our delivery, and we needed to correct our address. After multiple attempts called UPS again, explained this was second time this had happened. Was told we would get a phone call to verify our address. Told representative our address is correct, we have given detailed delivery instructions and whatever the drivers GPS told them it was incorrect. Was told they would tell the driver to read the delivery instructions. REALLY? Told rep this is the second time we have been through this, and nobody has ever called. Rep said he would elevate this to urgent status and gave instructions for immediate callback. NO PHONE CALL. NO PACKAGE. I suppose I will be required
to go to the distribution center on White Chapel RD in Lancaster to resolve this since I have received NO follow up from a URGENT issue ~Terrie
