Best cell phone store in Newport News, Virginia (VA) 2024

We came in the first time to get information and Tamara was so nice, it was a calm comforting environment and we got what we came for. The second time we upgraded our phones and transferred my partners line to my account. My significant other had a completely destroyed phone that was nearly impossible to use. Tim managed to transfer everything we needed to not only his but my phone and brought it down relatively cheap. I recommend this store; everyone was delightful and extremely helpful! ~Elizabeth
