After a great experience a month ago in this store we had the exact opposite this time. We waited in the store for at least 20 minutes while another customer finished up. We were then asked if we could step outside while they took a 30 minute lunch break (this was at 5 p.m.). We did step outside and waited for 30 minutes and then an additional 30 minutes. We never saw any employees and the store never reopened. It was 6 p.m. by this time and the store didn’t close until 7. It was a very strange and unprofessional experience. If something was wrong just please let the customer know.

We came in the first time to get information and Tamara was so nice, it was a calm comforting environment and we got what we came for. The second time we upgraded our phones and transferred my partners line to my account. My significant other had a completely destroyed phone that was nearly impossible to use. Tim managed to transfer everything we needed to not only his but my phone and brought it down relatively cheap. I recommend this store; everyone was delightful and extremely helpful!

Me and my wife came in to do a quick upgrade. Tim was the only associate in the store but handled our business and others without a beat. He got us in and out adm was very knowledgeable. We really appreciated his help.

Do not go here the manager Tim will put a bunch of stuff on your plan that you never signed up for then add a bunch of stuff that you think is part of the package and in the end will tell you there going to paperless receipts so you don’t see all the extra stuff you never wanted worst cell phone store

Tim the Manager was excellent. Helped with choosing a new phone. He didn't rush me although it was time for him to go home. Tim went above and beyond, building relationship with the customer, doing the right thing by giving great customer service will definitely bring me back to this store.

The manger Tim was great! I had not upgraded my phone for many years and he was extremely quick and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns! I can honestly say it was the best experience I have had w/an upgrade!

This rating is for Vz Reps Carson, Maya, and David! I usually only go to a here when I'm having cell service or account issues; unfortunately I've never been in and out in less than 2 hours or more.

Tamara was so helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and patient. I had a pretty complicated transfer and I definitely didn’t make it any easier with my scattered brain and forgetfulness of passwords. She was very patient with me and assisted me every step of the way. I left there thinking to myself, she made the tedious transfer that took several hours of my day to complete tolerable and even enjoyable. I am incredibly thankful.
