Best hardware store in Newport News, Virginia (VA) 2024

This place was a MESS!!! No lanes open but self checkout, and one employee working there not paying attention to anything. The plants section was so sad! So many dead plants, being sold at full price. They had a bulb bin that was so old most of the words were not legible. Some of the packages were completely empty, and some the bulbs were completely dried out and rotten. ~Joshua

Didn't carry replacement filters for shower head I bought there,,, one employee older gentleman with an earpiece was rude and not helpful but the rest of staff was top notch!!!! ~Dawn
