Long line, barely any registers open. Staff rude, lazy, and slow. I had to ask three different employees where to find a product; the first two literally shrugged and kept walking, the third was very helpful and walked me to exactly where it was and put it in my hand - that person should be given a raise just because I can imagine how he gets treated by customers under the assumption he is like the rest of “not my job” crowd.

I personally think we should not be FORCED to use the self check-out line. Many seniors do not use cards and are not tech-savvy. Why should just 1 or 2 full-service lines be open when there are many customers waiting to check out? The cashiers on line wear themselves out, because there are many customers!!. Not only that, the people at the end of the self-checkout lines, who claim to be there to help ( but really making sure nobody steals) are laughing and talking to each other. Such poor customer service!!! Keep the full-service line open for those who want to use them!!!

I love it you shop here with a $35 order you get free shipping or they just carry it out to your car all you do is Park open your hatch and they put everything in there and it's so worth it and so much cheaper I mean if you look at for example wish you may spend $25 but you're going to pay about $25 shipping when everything is in shipping nowadays so Walmart has it going on now if I could figure out how to do this with Kroger that would be great I don't have time to walk around stores I have other business to attend to

If I could give zero stars I would I hate coming in this particular Walmart every time I go to this one the lines are very long especially self checks all of the them you have to wait for 30 mins or more because you have folks with a basket full of food that don’t know how to scan their items. Self check out lanes should be for express since this store doesn’t have a self check out register opened. I left my basket with 5 items just sitting and the left the store and went to target where the lines move fast especially self check. Another problem with this store is that their always low on stock of items as well.

If you value your to time, this isn't the Walmart for you. This is far "THE"!!!! WORST AND SLOW WALMART EVER. there's no management on the floor nor in site. The line are ridiculous!!!!! 2 lanes are always open and that's it. "STAY AWAY!!!!!! #TRASH

I do NOT recommend going to this location just after working hours if you are in a hurry or even if you just want to leave as expected. I’ve been in line 25 minutes waiting to be rang up. Out of 20 lanes only two had a person checking people out—one an express lane. The self checkout is also backed up. At least the lady at checkout was pleasant. Do better Walmart!

This place was a MESS!!! No lanes open but self checkout, and one employee working there not paying attention to anything. The plants section was so sad! So many dead plants, being sold at full price. They had a bulb bin that was so old most of the words were not legible. Some of the packages were completely empty, and some the bulbs were completely dried out and rotten.

I was looking for paint remover. I went to the paint section and couldn’t find it. There were no one around to help me. I went to the front of the store for help. One of the employees told me she would call someone to help. I went back and no one came! I waited 45 minutes and no one came! I call the store to ask for help, and no one answer the phone! It just keep ringing till it cut off! I went back to the same employee and told her no one came! She just said, “oh I’m so sorry, and keep doing what she was doing, and never looked back at me! Also on check out, I was in line for 50 minutes! I counted 17 registers not including self check out, and only 4 were open, and all of them had extremely long lines! Not a good experience at all!

A lot of beautiful flowers and greatly priced. Some items need to be marked down because it looks like they don't have enough staff to care for everything and also they aren't staffing the garden register so it's pretty inconvenient to lug all your plants/stuff to the front of the store. Same with Yortown Walmart. Register wasn't open.
