On Friday, April 15th, I came to the Barracks location to exchange and set up my boss’ new phone. From the moment I walked in the door, Erin greeted me with a smile and a positive attitude. She helped me through the entire process, guided me through the parts of set up and made the entire process stress free. She was always attentive, helped me troubleshoot a few problems I had with set up, quickly answered any questions that I had during the visit, and truly exemplified a person you would want working directly with your customers. I cannot thank her enough for how awesome she was at making this experience great. I would absolutely recommend Erin to any customer that needs to set up a new phone. ~Jared
