This branch is close to one of my businesses and the only reason I utilize it and I try my hardest to arrange my day so that I do not have to. The powers that be truly need to review their camera footage to see how slow and impersonal the staff is. There is not a time durning any given day that this branch is not slow. It should not take 20 minutes after you reach the window to make a deposit. The employees of this branch simply do not value the customers time. If time allowed I would go to any other branch then this one. ~Anelica

This store is always clean and organized. Always have what I needed and quick turn around if it's got to be ordered. The staff has always been knowledgeable and polite. Easily my new favorite parts store in Dinwiddie. ~Justin
