Best tax preparation service in Roanoke, Virginia (VA) 2024

Had my taxes done here. They sat for months before they were even worked on. Then when they finally did them, they only used 1 of my w2's, and had me down as a senior citizen, and didnt even have my child tax credit on there. Needless to say it is almost july, and I still havent recieved my refund after making them correct it. I would definitely NOT recommend this business to anyone. They didnt even apologize or anything!! ~Amanda
