I can't say I've ever dealt with a more difficult bank. From the slow drive through to the endless loops of phone prompts, this is undoubtedly the worst banking experience I've lived through in my 58 years of age! The people however are great but the systems in place for them are horrible. ~B

I went in the store today and was told by a young lady to use the self check-out . And she proceeded to tell me that I couldn’t get cash back which I need it and then she explained to me that I will be charged a fee for getting cash back which is none of her business and then she proceeded to help other customers approximately 3 to 4 customers she checked out in the checkout line. The aura was Disgusting from her until she tried to be a Karen and that’s when I walked out. Now, I know I’m just one shopper , but never again will I ever give my money to a place like that. Cameras tell it all. ~David
