I wanted to rent a uhaul and the place suppose to close at 2:30pm I arrived at 1pm and they were already close for the weekend. The customer service at this location is not great then I was told that a area manager would contact me and its two weeks later and not a word from the area manager. This place wont go the extra mile for the customers. I only recommend if it's the last resort.
