I agree with other reviews. I have lived in Stephens City now for 2 years. We love Baskin Robbins. This location is almost always out of stock. Took my Daughter yesterday for our yearly icee cream after the first day of school. What a let down. No vanilla no choclate not even any good alternatives. Lucky to have had 6 to choose from. So much for 31 flavors. Not sure why they don't stock this store. I would hate to see it close but they don't have much to offer open.

If you want ice cream, don't go to Baskin Robbins ice cream in Stephens City. They have not had chocolate or vanilla ice cream for over a month. They have no smoothie mix either. I think they should just close up shop.

This location is consistently out of anything people order do not pick up any orders from these locations you will go there and then have to spend 20 minutes re-ordering everything for your customer they don’t know how to stay in stock and they’re always out of everything good luck getting an iced coffee or a frozen coffee to their machines are always down

Sugar cones were a bit stale and soggy. The ice cream was great. Get it in a cup and you're good to go.

Terrible service. Sat there for 30 minutes and they hadn't even started my cookie sandwich. That being said, there was only two of them there. Bathroom smelt terrible and food was somewhat overpriced.

Decent Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robins location but the staff are often have an attitude or are just straight up rude for no reason. Definitely a sharp contrast from the nice staff at the adjoining Handy Mart, and Dunkin Donuts location in center Stephens City.
