Last week Pharmacist Amelie Gale came in EARLY to have my prescription ready for me when I needed to pick it up right when they opened. What a lovely woman. I have had such difficulty with this pharmacy for 3 years. This is is first time in a LONG time that there was not a problem with my prescription. I hope that the talk I had with the pharmacist regarding a “certain male pharmacy tech with an attitude” paid off. He is rude and messes up prescriptions constantly. I can’t stand to watch how he treats customers. ~Koko

Terrible experinces with banking with truist. Much better experinces with bbt. Wouldnt suggest banking here to anyone. Youd probably have a better experience banking with city national or first bank tbh. I Should of realized this sooner when half their employees walked out during their transition. ~Michael

Paula is awesome! She was so helpful when we needed a notary for a ton of paperwork. I love the customer service at Bank of Clarke county, particularly this branch, because of Paula. We will keep doing our banking here for sure. ~Maryssa

I am only giving them 1 star because it's the minimum. I am in the area for months and they say the cannot fill the prescriptions my Dr. called in because they don't know me. I was told it is their "local" policy to not fill prescriptions for out of town people and I should go to another Walgreens that does not have that policy. Poor excuse for a nationwide chain and could care less that I only had two days worth of meds left. The medication was NOT pain meds, that's the craziest part.. SMH pathetic. Stay away!! ~Scott

I agree with other reviews. I have lived in Stephens City now for 2 years. We love Baskin Robbins. This location is almost always out of stock. Took my Daughter yesterday for our yearly icee cream after the first day of school. What a let down. No vanilla no choclate not even any good alternatives. Lucky to have had 6 to choose from. So much for 31 flavors. Not sure why they don't stock this store. I would hate to see it close but they don't have much to offer open. ~Kim

Dropping off at Stephens City location was no problem at all... the entire rest of the U-Haul renting and scheduling process was SOOOOO painful. The Front Royal location we made arrangements at told me VERY incorrect pricing and incorrect pick-up time. Spoke with several representatives--who called me to confirm the reservation--and none had the authority or competency to understand that the initial reservation details were entered incorrectly and struggled to correct the information. Hole in the wall location for Front Royal U-Haul... wish I would've considered ANY other moving truck service before jumping into U-Haul. Truck was perfect though! ~Emily

I have never before done any sort of review in my 40 yrs but Linda the receptionist at SSC in Stephens City is unperfesenal, condescending and just rude. I needed a problem of being out of gas fixed and all she did was give me a run around instead of simply fixing my problem. It's not my problem you only have one driver, it's not my problem it's been a chilly winter and Ive used more gas this spring then in the past, and it sure as hell ain't my problem yhat after march you don't fill up tanks till summer. She said July/August. You need to offer your busy clientele a solution asap instead of a run around. A simple "oh, honey we will be out as soon as possible" is all I needed to hear. We will be finding a new gas company unfortunately due to Linda being so rude and unhelpful when all I want is my gas filled so my children and I can be warm.
