Whoever the lady was took WAY TOO SLOW. It took 45 minutes to pick up my freaking reservation, and I was on a MAJOR time crunch. Not pleased at all.

Dropping off at Stephens City location was no problem at all... the entire rest of the U-Haul renting and scheduling process was SOOOOO painful. The Front Royal location we made arrangements at told me VERY incorrect pricing and incorrect pick-up time. Spoke with several representatives--who called me to confirm the reservation--and none had the authority or competency to understand that the initial reservation details were entered incorrectly and struggled to correct the information. Hole in the wall location for Front Royal U-Haul... wish I would've considered ANY other moving truck service before jumping into U-Haul. Truck was perfect though!

Rented a big 26ft truck to use for our business to pick up inventory in Richmond. Received keys from a nice lady who gave me some tips on how to use the vehicle. The next day while I was in Richmond, I receive a call from the state department that my Nissan Exterra was struck last night and it was a hit and run , I was super mad that I was notified first from a officer and not the uhaul place who reported it. So I called and they told me that that they had their IT person look at the video footage and they would call me back (all good stuff right?) well to find out they have one camera for the whole place (but a IT person?) and they never called me. I finally called at 4:30pm while we were coming home from Richmond well the IT person had already look at the footage and found nothing but they didn't call me. So I tried to have a helpful conversation with the lady up front where I suggested that they may want to put more cameras so this wouldn't happen in the future and I received a snarky response and quick "we are not responsible for your vehicle if anything happens to it". No duh! But, I don't have to use your business next time either and I will suggest no one else should either if they can't even consider putting a few more cameras to improve customer service. I'm out a tail light (which may have been done by the business who knows) and they are out business from me and hopefully from you. Go at your own risk.

I needed a truck to move into my new house but was not sure on the size of truck needed. The friendly staff was quick and polite. They helped me get the right size truck and other moving supplies cheap. I would recommend them to anyone.
