Terrible experinces with banking with truist. Much better experinces with bbt. Wouldnt suggest banking here to anyone. Youd probably have a better experience banking with city national or first bank tbh. I Should of realized this sooner when half their employees walked out during their transition.

I thought with the inside and lobby closed that I would not be able to get this done but Beth took care of me at the bank drive through window. I had called before hand and she was very friendly on the phone and said she could do this for me! I’ve had BB&T for years and I’m very appreciative of what they did for me today and how nice they were! Thank you again!
