I bought an Apple Watch here about 4-5 years ago as a gift for my wife… I am familiar with T-Mobile as I worked for them in the past years prior to buying this watch. The SALES REP said I would have to get a DIGITS data plan in order for it to work..! Once bought she connected it in the system to her phone and said nothing else had to be done! This was FALSE!! And only for her personal gain as a sale.(I should have known better) but she got me… we’re ready to upgrade my wife to a new watch, only to find out that we PAID $10.50 for DIGITS for 5 YEARS and was never used or properly connected!! I had blamed and argued to my wife about it being user error on her part, I’ve since apologized to her for this. I have personally trained T-Mobile reps myself and suggest to management at this location to do a better job at making sure they understand the importance of customer needs over their individual gain, so this does not happen in the future, especially if this rep is still employed at this location! I have spoken to T-Mobile customer care about this and they have assisted as best to their ability and we will continue to be a loyal customer.

Horrible experience lost 10k photos when rep didn't help 16 year customer make sure phone was backed up. They tried to transfer data over 3 hours customer had to go to bathroom. Visited today with an appointment at 12:30. Was not even spoken to until 1:00. When finally approached we were told everyone came in right before us. Why have appointments then if one customer service representative is not working on appointments only and others work on walkins. “Manager” (of that is even what she was) was rude and seemed annoyed when we told her we were migrating from Sprint to T-mobile. First, said system might not even be working for us to do that. Second, raised voice when told we needed pin and I said last time we were there they looked up with ID. What was the whole point of the Sprint/T Mobile merge if they do not make things easy and seamless for customers? When we finally got to a rep to help us (Tony, who is awesome btw), called to have Sprint reset the pin for us. Lady on the line was hard to understand and kept asking my husband for answer to security question. He asked what is the security question but she never told him what it was. He was just magically supposed to know the answer to an unknown question. Moral of the story…make sure you know everything when you walk in the door. They have no remedy to help you if not. And don’t bother making an appointment because walkins get priority anyway.

Andrew said yes we qualified and qewent in to do the upgrade. A month later I get the bill and there is no credit. I called customer service and was told my plan did not qualify and I would need to ca the store. I called and got Andrew who.looked it up, apologized he made an error an error and said he would talk to his manager and call me back. No call back so I called again a week and a half later. He said he lost number, really its in my file? Anyway he said he would Escalate and call back again no call back. His manager , Tiffany would not come to the phineon multiple calls I made and the regio, Jorge never called me on the 2 calls I made to him. HORRIBLE service! Do not go there.
