I have been there several times for different reasons and I have been a TMobile customer for about 20yrs never had any issues but this place seems like they, know nothing, have nothing and don't want anything to do with electronics and TMobile it's self. They were unable to answer any questions and most recently my son has the plan where they can change the screen protector any time it cracks. He has the S21 and according to him all TMobiles won't have that screen protector anymore because it's an old phone and the S22 came out... sure the phone is last year but for TMobile to not carry that screen protector anymore is just crazy. I would not go to this TMobile anymore I gave this store several attempts to answer questions but "NOPE" says that TMobile store.

Their help with all the new promotions and what would work best for me was truly honest and easy to understand. I would and have bragged about them to my friends and family. I have trusted them with my son needs as he deployed over sees with the National Guard. They have been one phone call a way from anything we have needed. Won’t go any where else!!!

AND you don't wander the store in the queue. waiting for service while the rep is on the phone with a customer who called in to end up interrupting your time with your agent, which happens repeatedly in the Stroud Mall T-mobile store. The service in T-MOBILE THE COMMONS is really exemplary and when I leave the store, my purchase is complete and any issue I had is resolved. Very bad attitude, uncooperative, uninformed and outright rude! Yes, they are even worse than Verizon. I'd advise you to deal directly with T-Mobile on line and do not patronize this location. I will even report them to their corporate headquarters! Fran demonstrated the WORSE customer skills I have ever seen!
