Best cell phone store in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania (PA) 2025

I bought an Apple Watch here about 4-5 years ago as a gift for my wife… I am familiar with T-Mobile as I worked for them in the past years prior to buying this watch. The SALES REP said I would have to get a DIGITS data plan in order for it to work..! Once bought she connected it in the system to her phone and said nothing else had to be done! This was FALSE!! And only for her personal gain as a sale.(I should have known better) but she got me… we’re ready to upgrade my wife to a new watch, only to find out that we PAID $10.50 for DIGITS for 5 YEARS and was never used or properly connected!! I had blamed and argued to my wife about it being user error on her part, I’ve since apologized to her for this. I have personally trained T-Mobile reps myself and suggest to management at this location to do a better job at making sure they understand the importance of customer needs over their individual gain, so this does not happen in the future, especially if this rep is still employed at this location! I have spoken to T-Mobile customer care about this and they have assisted as best to their ability and we will continue to be a loyal customer. ~Frank

The sales reps treated me like they had known me for years. Their knowledge of each phone and service was terrific. Their help with all the new promotions and what would work best for me was truly honest and easy to understand. I would and have bragged about them to my friends and family. I have trusted them with my son needs as he deployed over sees with the National Guard. They have been one phone call a way from anything we have needed. Won’t go any where else!!! ~Annie
