I drove all the way out to Virginia Beach to meet the designer and the address led to an alley in a shopping center. I pressed the doorbell and called the listed numbers multiple times during business hours. Very disappointed. ~Folayan

Do not rent from this place! I’m only giving one star because I can’t give no stars! We rented rollerblades for two hours. One skate broke in the first 30 minutes and had to walk back 14 blocks in 90 degree heat with no shoes to return them. They would not give any money back and said that we “chose the skate and agreed to that skate”! Are you kidding me? They gave us a skate that broke and would not discount us at all! And we only had the skates for an hour. Total rip off! I will never rent from there again. There are lots of other places… Go somewhere else… Trust me! ~Colleen

They're located on the main floor of a hotel. They seem to rent a lot of surreys, which might be better than the bicycles. Instead of renting from Cherie's, which seem to be available on every block of the boardwalk, we decided to rent from Boardwalk Convenience instead. We might as well have just burned our $105 and thrown it in a toilet, it was such a waste. Both bicycles had stiff pedals which made them almost impossible to use. The handlebars my boyfriend got were loose, so he had to exchange it right out of the gate. I found out much later when I leaned on mine to dismount, that my handlebars were also loose. Be warned that if you rent a bicycle for "three" days, you really only get it for 2. We rented early on a Thursday and had to return it by 10pm on Friday. So not fair. Just go to Cherie's!!! ~Rhiannon

Vans are amazing shoes I only wear vans and Nike SB vans are also very comfortable soft great material and last long they are a perfect skate shoe they are decent priced and have so many varieties and options these are good shoes for new skaters and pro skaters; although The shoelaces could rip while skating. I can’t tell you how grateful I am for this shop, and Michele 😊 My friend, and I were in town for a conference, and were a bit confused about the Virginia cannabis laws. We happened upon Ocean Eleven as we were heading to dinner, decided to check it out, and ask some questions. I’m SO GLAD we did! The vibe of this place is SO GOOD! Michele took care of us, and she is WONDERFUL! She is incredibly knowledgeable about everything available, as well as the regulations in Virginia.
