Growing up locally I've always loved and came to this store location over the other ones. Now I have a reason to love them even more. Yesterday my husband and I went to this location to get him a new pair of vans. I forgot to mention that we are new parents to a 9 month old boy, who lost his beanie in the store. I was very upset about losing it and called immediately this morning to check to see if they had found it..and they did! I'm so grateful because that beanie had a lot of sentimental value being it was his first beanie he wore to play in the snow. I know this may not seem like a big deal to others but it meant everything to us. Thanks again Vans!

Vans are amazing shoes I only wear vans and Nike SB vans are also very comfortable soft great material and last long they are a perfect skate shoe they are decent priced and have so many varieties and options these are good shoes for new skaters and pro skaters; although The shoelaces could rip while skating. Eventhough i didn't shop there myself, I sent a coworker, and apparently he had a 5 star experience with the evening staff. Unfortunately I don't have a name of an individual staff member to thank, but keep up the good work.

Visited this store and Lynnhaven Mall to buy myself a pair of vans the young lady who helped me was extremely knowledgeable of the shoes she even picked out what she thought might look best on my foot this is my first pair of Vans but I can guarantee you it won't be my last great job to the staff over at the Vans store in Lynnhaven Mall in Virginia Beach Virginia....
