But it's disappointing if they're offering a service for passport pictures, yet the staff is unfamiliar with the process for passport pictures for countries other than the USA, while they have a computer program installed that helps with e.g. the size and other country requirements. Not having the machine to cut the passports pictures to the required size, leaves them truly lacking in that area as well. It would be best to say you only provide US passport pictures. ~Frida
