Best hamburger restaurant in Gig Harbor, Washington (WA) 2024

Customer service was phenomenal. The lobby wasn’t open to customers only drive thru and being in a 30 ft truck we aren’t going to fit 😅 however one of the employees was amazing and let my guys order from the window truly blessed to have been waited on by others who understood the situation and went above and beyond to accommodate. So yeah 5/5 stars oh and the food was delicious 🤤 ~Nicholas

We go to this location many times because it is the only one close to home and sometimes we want something quick. Yes they are quick at getting our food but also quick to mess up the order, EVERY DAMN TIME. It never fails and I always check the bag before I leave. Also the one taking the order on the intercom, I order for my whole family and sometimes they look at the menu to change something up and it might take a minute but after EVERY SINGLE meal that I order they say "Anything else...Is that it.....". Be patient. If we were done we would say "That would be all." Customer service here sucks. ~Janene
