Best auto repair shop in Olympia, Washington (WA) 2024

Staff were friendly and the sales experience was pleasant and reasonable - with a little friendly back and forth negotiation (which is to be expected when buying a car), we settled into price that I was happy with. My salesman, Ty, was great. He was very responsive via text when I had questions, and when I was discussing my offers from other dealers. They ended up matching my best offer and I walked away happy with a very nice new Mazda. ~Ryan

They did a really good job with my car, you can't even tell it was damaged. They were very honest with me in the assessment phase and kept in constant contact during the repair. I got a text or a call every business day to let me know the status of ordered parts, painting, and other repair related details. The staff is professional and polite.
