Back when this company was a Olympia collision I used to take all of my vehicles there. I Never had a problem for years. Todd Tipp was my go to guy. Then it was bought by Trew. I took my 1 ton Chevy to them to repair some front end damage and the bodywork was fine but when I drove it I noticed a serious vibration in the front end. Instead of them asking me to bring the truck back so that they could inspect it and possibly have it aligned or check damage on any of the rims they told me to “go to fire stone that’s who worked on it.” Annoyed with this response of them pawning me off to their subcontractors, I went to fire stone. Fire stone said there was nothing that they could do at their shop. Once again very annoyed I went ahead and took it over to titus will and paid for them to fix the problem. Not quite a year from the repair I had A part fail on the front end. When I called to ask Trew if they could please take my truck in to warranty the part. Their response was “we need to contact your insurance company to see if they will pay for the part“ I’m not sure why they thought my insurance company would be responsible for a part that they installed but it seemed very backwards. I know that as a contractor if I install something on someone’s house I don’t put the blame on anyone else like my subcontractors or the insurance company. My last straw came when their front office lady said “ excuse me, but isn’t it just a work truck“. Who says that? Yah it’s an $80,000 work truck. It would be like if I said isn’t it just a rental? you don’t live here right? At that point I was beside myself. Hopefully someday they read this review and decide to contact me. For the record, I hate writing bad reviews about a company. You really have to piss me off to have me do this. Yea Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim, Painting

They did a really good job with my car, you can't even tell it was damaged. They were very honest with me in the assessment phase and kept in constant contact during the repair. I got a text or a call every business day to let me know the status of ordered parts, painting, and other repair related details. The staff is professional and polite. All in all, a very good experience.

If I could give a zero star I would. I sent them my truck and I told them concerns I had with it after front end and side suspension impact “big tires saved the body” well they tell me it’s done 2months later I get it back and drove 6miles and had to have a TOW BACK to them because it was undriveable the truck was shacking pulling hard to the ride and the bed was I guess bouncing up and down 4inches I had a follow car home and they got nasty with me after I told them what happened saying it was like that and one of the guys in the back office literally shot out of his char when I showed back to the shop he was all red faced as we where explaining what was wrong with it he treated me and my Girlfriend with no respect and almost yelling at us that’s it’s a lifted truck they have issues it took their main it took us calling his manager to stop that one the truck was taken to a off-road shop to get looked at and had another $6,000 in damages that TREW AUTO BODY MISSED!!! and i was told by the manager “Bob” if I don’t leave a perfect review to not leave one at all due to business sorry but no I still had to have les Schwab replace another wheel bearing after this shop refused to call me back when I said there was more issues I will NEVER use this shop again they are scammers charged my insurance for stuff they didn’t even do!! Like who does that this is not a professional business I have proof of stuff they charged and didn’t do and they refused to answer about those Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim, Brakes, Painting

Trew Auto Body provides service the 'old fashioned way' where courtesy, professionalism and service with a smile are practiced. I cannot speak more highly of the front desk genuine interest in ensuring repairs are scheduled and followed up. In fact, the same can be said for the repair technician's willingness to walk the customer through repair details and timing. Management clearly practices the credo of excellent "customer service." In a few simple words: 'Quality service with a smile' ... not something I can say for many businesses! Great job, Trew Auto Body!!

Took my car in two months earlier, received an estimate. Was told it would take a little longer than usual due to problems with supply chain. Understandable. Waited weeks for part to come in. No call from the business. I called them and left message for estimator to return my call. No call. Took my business elsewhere. Service: Body & Trim

It took longer than expected but my cars brush with q concrete pillar is completely undetectable now, and there were open lines of communication the entire time.

Trew Auto Body is hands down the best collision shop in town. They were able to take care of the tow when my insurance couldn’t find anyone, and don’t have months of delays like every other shop in town. The work they do is amazing - you can’t even tell there was ever damage. New ownership in the business is great, Tammy is extremely passionate about the work they do and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to take care of my vehicles. Had dropped my car off to get estimates since someone had backed into the car so insurance was paying for it. Long story short my car looked WORSE and I was shocked that they even were okay with it leaving the way it did. I did call to say something but I didnt even want to go back in because of how disappointed I was.
