Best shipping and mailing service in Vancouver, Washington (WA) 2024

The WORST customer service they need to replace rude and lazy employees. I walked in to use self service to ship my package and it didn't work. One of the customers told them the self service wasn't working and employee just said "oh I havent even checked it yet" without heading there. I stood in line for about 25 min. When It was my turn, I told her I need to mail my package but the self service machine isn't working. She told me I need to step away AGAIN in line just to write a receivers address which would of taken me few seconds to do so!! She was rude and told me again I need to step away and get back in line which by that time would of been an addition 30 min of wait time. The worst experience ever! Go somewhere else! But would be better if they fired them. ~Lina
