The WORST customer service they need to replace rude and lazy employees. I walked in to use self service to ship my package and it didn't work. One of the customers told them the self service wasn't working and employee just said "oh I havent even checked it yet" without heading there. I stood in line for about 25 min. When It was my turn, I told her I need to mail my package but the self service machine isn't working. She told me I need to step away AGAIN in line just to write a receivers address which would of taken me few seconds to do so!! She was rude and told me again I need to step away and get back in line which by that time would of been an addition 30 min of wait time. The worst experience ever! Go somewhere else! But would be better if they fired them.

With the exception of one newer employee whom I have not seen there in some time, workers have consistently been friendly and helpful. Though there is often a wait, the line moves fairly fast and if there is some hold up, it is usually because someone in line doesn't have their package ready to go or understand what to do. We have a PO box and we were normally able to get in 24/7 until last year. There are limited hours now(when employees are at the facility) to access your PO box due to break ins. This change and reason for the change was posted on the doors. It was frustrating at first but given the circumstances, I can appreciate the reason for that change- we just had to adjust. I have encountered some shady individuals in the area and I would rather get our mail - which includes payments from customers and how we make our living - and deal with the limited hours than not get our mail at all and deal with the serious ripple effect that would have.

I paid for an express international shipment that should arrive to destination within 3-5 business day. My family haven't received the package yet and it has been 2 week already! When I called the customer service they told me to complain in the specific postal office but it sounded like a waste of time even for the rap.

Despite advertising that the PO Box lobby is open 24/7, the doors are locked when the place closes, meaning you can only get your mail during business hours (which are very limited). I’ve never before encountered a post office that doesn’t have 24/7 access to PO boxes. Unbelievable.

I go here about 3 times a week.. It's always very busy with just a couple people working that do a really good job.. The worker guy named Karl was really helpful on giving me tips On shipping.

My second attempt to use 24-hour self service to find the doors locked. I did a search and found info about vandalism which led to the closing of after hours use. Please remove signage on the building and the website stating 24-hour service is available.

This place can be very understaffed during holiday months. That said, if you go when most people are at work or after lunch on Saturday, it's usually fairly easy to get in and out. The location is not the easiest to enter or exit from the street, as it's on an unregulated corner. You need to plan a few extra minutes for entry and exit of the street. You can get flat rate shipping boxes here, at the island by the line for service and they are free to take. You can drop off flat rate boxes without waiting in line, if you paid and printed out your label at home. There are mail slots for envelopes in the building and in boxes you can drive by and drop on the north side of the building. The parking lot is on the small side, but I have never failed to find parking when I've gone. Make sure to bring some patience and not go when you are in a hurry to be elsewhere and you'll be fine.
