I came to Westlie Ford for an oil change (after a very disappointing experience with Vancouver Ford). The experience here was incredible. Everyone was friendly, informative and helpful. I was even able to pre-purchase two more oil changes at a fixed price. Two other services were suggested, one that was a little more important than the other, I chose the first and will have the second on the next oil change - no high pressure to get it done immediately. I appreciated that. They just made everything easy. Is it a little out of the way? Yes, but I am willing to go a little out of the way when the company I am dealing with seems willing to do the same! ~Kathryne

Straight forward and honest dealership. Not pushy, doesn't try to upsell you or pressure you into purchase. Biggest reason I recommend them come from the following: I had a problem with the vehicle I purchased that neither the dealership nor I spotted before the sale was finalized, I went back with a repair quote, and after talking it through they agreed it was fair that they cover half of the cost of the part needed. Very kind, easy to talk to, and genuene people. if you're looking for a used car this is the spot to go. ~Edgar
