Best cell phone accessory store in Yakima, Washington (WA) 2024

Great store but needs to be taken off the portrait studio list as they've never had one and was put on hold for almost 10 min while the phone clerk went to ask someone if they did -.-. ~A.

The store manager, Olivia, and her trainee are very good at what they do. Olivia KNOWS this technology inside and out! She offers the customer choices that maybe we didn’t even know to ask for in order to ensure customer satisfaction. Both of these young ladies have EXCELLENT customer service skills without being aggressive or too pushy. It was a great experience and I feel very confident with my purchase, largely because of these two! ATT on 72nd Ave Yakima! ~Jennifer
