9 Best cell phone store in Yakima, Washington (WA) 2024

Great store but needs to be taken off the portrait studio list as they've never had one and was put on hold for almost 10 min while the phone clerk went to ask someone if they did -.-. ~A.

On Friday December 4th. Between the hours of 1030 & 1130 I walked into boost mobile at 129 S 1st St Ste A, Yakima, WA 98901. There I was assisted by #AV . Also had the opportunity to witness a female owner collecting packages from UPS. I went in to purchase a bundle I saved money for because can't afford luxurious things. I got a screen protector and case. I noticed the worker looking for the screen protector and I noticed it wasn't there. She then played it off and grabbed a general screen protector. I clarified with her if this isn't the screen protector for the phone I don't want it.i had an incident where I used the wrong screen protector and the space it didn't cover cracked my whole phone. She offered to put the case and phone off. I realized too late after it was a technique so I couldn't get a refund. I dint realize at that time but I stardust the screen and had to admit there's no way this is the proper screen protector. I didn't want to put her in the wrong due to the owner being there , BUT my money doesn't come easy. As I went back the owner and her dismissed me and said no refunds. I looked like a poverty case but what they don't know is I have an unstable but solid background in sales. Since they preferred to give me bad service over valuing my money I will be posting a picture of my phone and screen protector to get everyone's opinion. For now I will leave this warning for the people to not shop at this boost mobile. When I find out all the boost mobile related to the owner, because she was present! Not a manager the OWNER. I will post it as well since she doesn't give honest business. Also when I originally switched over they told me my number didn't qualify. As I went again and dealt with a different person I was told different and was able to. So just some advice dont judge a book by its cover. I look like poverty but I was an Excellent sales person. Telling a customer a general statement, and dismissing them is part of the game . If I had money I would sue you for selling me the wrong screen protector. I will be giving myself a reminder to post this up often. Since I received bad business and my money was valued I will devalue the business. This could have been avoided if she could of recommended another boost with the real screen protector for this Samsung a21. My screen again is not fully protected and they didn't want to help assist, they just falsified their product and dismissed me and Insulted my intelligence for a petty sale. ~egypt

I went in today with an issue for a phone I was setting up for somebody. Carlos went above and beyond to help me out and figure out the solution to the problem that had been going on for 2 days. He was friendly, kind, hopeful and patient. ~Vicki

5 STARS EVERY TIME. Found this repair shop a while back when my iphone doc stopped working and I have been going to him every since. He is always professional and laid back. He has fair prices and definitely shows that he cares and does his best to try to fix your item. I been going to him for about four years now. Fast turn around time and knows his stuff. Never go here, us cellular is terrible service if you leave Yakima to tri cities, it's free roaming but at a terrible slow connections. I traded my s7 in for a s8+ and for bad service and more expensive than other local carriers. Unlimited data only applies in home area (Yakima to tri cities) otherwise 800 megs and terrible slow speeds, remember the old 14.4 data speed, it's worse. Trying to find another service that I can use with us cellular S8+ phone. Will have lost my s7 and have to pay over $800 for the 8+ to get away from this terrible service...no bargain just rip off. ~David

The store manager, Olivia, and her trainee are very good at what they do. Olivia KNOWS this technology inside and out! She offers the customer choices that maybe we didn’t even know to ask for in order to ensure customer satisfaction. Both of these young ladies have EXCELLENT customer service skills without being aggressive or too pushy. Very unhappy with our experience...Claudia Torres was extremely rude and condescending throughout the entire process. She really needs to work on her customer service skills...We ended up leaving and buying phones at a different store and had a completely different experience. ~Jen
