Very unhappy with our experience...Claudia Torres was extremely rude and condescending throughout the entire process. She really needs to work on her customer service skills...We ended up leaving and buying phones at a different store and had a completely different experience.

A CROOK WORKS HERE This store houses a thief. Her name is Claudia Torres. While sitting in front of her she made UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES TO MY CREDIT CARD. On 10-29-2022 I went into that store per instructions from the 1-800 customer service number to cancel One telephone line. She told me she wasn't able to do anything for me because it was initiated on the phone and not in a store. After explaining to her several times that I was not there to buy a phone she said that all that she could do was take payment for the telephone number that I wanted to keep but I still would have NO ACTIVATION, no phone service and would have to call the 800 number for the third time. As I'm sitting on the other side of the counter from her she's fiddling on the computer and not until two days later do I realize that the receipt that she gave to me for $28.27 was in fact not the first charge but the second charge the first charge she made to my card for $71.26 I did not authorize. I signed one receipt but WAS charged twice, this woman is a thief and she WILL lose her job. I have made a formal complaint to USCellular and Claudia Torres you are all across Twitter and will be until I get my due diligence. I will not rest until you lose your job Claudia. If you have to go into the store on 2550 Nob Hill steer clear of Claudia Torres she will look you in the eye while stealing your money and it may be the last $71.26 that you had in your bank account but she doesn't care. @USCELLULAR @ClaudiaTorresUScellular CLAUDIA TORRES IS THIEF

I was being helped by Natalie at the store. I'd told her I was going to the bar after to watch the suoerbowl. I'd left in a hurry cause I was running late an they were just about to close. I got to the bar an realized I had no Sim card. An I knew I was sol untill the next day. Then George tracked me down to the bar I said I was going to, to hand deliver me a sim card after he was already off the clock. Above an beyond service. If you want great personal customer service see us cellular.

Don't Buy into the get a free phone scam. You Do Not get a free phone. Instead I got bait bvb and switched into buying a New $75 phone, then she said I would get that back after we were CDCall set up. Then she proceeded to add accessories to the phone without my xonsentcand said that was in trade of the new phone. BS SCAM was all it was. Do not trust these people

Worst place to go and apply, this guy sends me an email saying im not a match for their job when I currently have 4 licenses through the state of Washington commissioners, bilingual, and im not a good fit, no wven that it took them 3 months to reply lol this guys are not good customer service and when i called to speak to the manager he never called back just to show how bad this company is at training their workers. I never herd of them going to get a license by the state that u have to pass. Wow good thing i didnt make the “fit” im glad i didnt go with them i would have made myself look bad with that company

If I explain the many issues and/or problems I have had with this company, Ill have an aneurysm and f**king die. So Ill summarize it with my most sincere description of the conglomerate which is Us cellular. If the company was a person, that person would be a window licking, fat tongued, lying, female pick pocket who votes Democrat.

friendly & helpful staff. Wish we had this in Ellensburg, WA, but the staff in Eburg IS not as knowledgable or helpful. all they're (eburg) does is sell phones. PERIOD. Yakima's office does EVERYTHING you could possibly need or want to do with your service or phone! Was a relief to go there and take care of everything in one stop! We will be driving the 40+ miles (one way) just to know that everything will be handled at one stop!
